In contrast to the other appartments, this house is located quite nicely away from the main house. It is suitable for three people and is surrounded by pine and olive trees. Directly in front of the house there is a terrace with a view at the sea. Next to the guest house there is a shared covered lounge area with the opportunity to cook and grill. This accommodation is for you if you want to use a holiday accommodation exclusively for yourself.

Each apartment has access to the garden and patio, which are equipped with a BBQ.

All units include air conditioning, along with free Wi-Fi and parking.

*The apartment is available to the tenant on the day of arrival from 2 pm. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated before 10 o'clock.

*It is to be left broom clean, thae bedding is to be stripped, dishes should be washed and wastebaskets are to be emptied.

If you are looking for a peaceful and cosy place very close to the beach, the Art Boutique Villa Nike is just the right place for you. The owner Mrs Niki is a very nice and helpful person. All appartments have air-condition and WiFi. The bed was very comfortable. The walls are decorated with beautiful aquarel paintings. Outside, you will find a nice BBQ area, a hammock and even an open-air shower. Just a 5 minute walk away, you will find 2 fantastic taverns with very tasty food and a lovely view.

We stayed at Villa Nike for 7 days as a family of 5.

Especially the location of the house is great, it has a large garden, parking area, sea view and it was great to watch the sunrise, there is a barbecue area and a shower area after the sea.

Since the owner grew up in German culture, he is very disciplined and his house and garden are very clean.

The apartments have everything you need.

It is within walking distance to the sea and there are 2 WiFi units.

The beach is not very crowded and this gives you a special beach atmosphere. Although there are many villages and beaches nearby, we did not feel the need to go to other beaches. The sea water was very clean and the sand was wonderful. There is a nice business on the beach that provides a pool, cafeteria, restaurant and beach service. There are also other restaurants and markets within walking distance. We had a nice holiday, thank you very much to the location and the host Ms. Mees, it deserves 5 stars.

A wonderful place, its own yard, a lot of greenery, there is a gazebo where you can cook fish or meat and have dinner there. There is even an outdoor shower outside. Quiet, calm and very homely, as if in your own country house... The beach is within walking distance, which is very important, we were there in 2022.

Nike Mees is a warm host. Good value for money and a great location with lots of nature and right by the sea. There are delicious and good restaurants in the area as well as a direct bus connection etc.
